Last Friday, the current Winfield band played at the Northern Illinois University Concert Band Festival in Dekalb…and here’s a picture of them on stage…

First off here’s a tidbit one of my loyal readers will probably enjoy…an article about Richard Lapp…(Spring 1973)
also the same issue of the Glimpses had a history of the Winfield Library…
and as I like to provide sometimes…a few ads from the paper…
